a kit and are easy to assemble and install. Or if
you are a local customer, we can install them for
you. Just pick out your color from the fabric page
and contact us with you sizes and we'll give you a
quote. If installed properly, these carry our 5 yr.
guarantee. And we always use the best fabrics.
We also manufacture rigid frame awnings which
are also inexpensive, and
look great. They can be shipped via truck. Or if you
are a local customer, we can install them for you.

Shade and Sign Valance
These valances are ideal for storefront signage
or patio shade. They are easily installed, can
be mounted on eaves, and are inexpensive.
Choose a color and fabric on Fabrics
page then proceed to our Custom Quote page. You
need to describe what you want (Size, Color and
Fabric) on that page. We'll get back to you with
a quote or questions, usually within a day. If
you want graphics, describe those to us and
we'll quote you a price on the same Custom Quote

Retractables
Retractable Awnings are a great way to get instant, affordable shade
and beautify your home or business. The retractables can be operated manually or motorized. We use a durable Solair lateral arm retractable frame and cover it in your choice of fabric. We have several pictures of these on the Residential link! To check

Supported by your own wood or metal
frame, this durable 90% shade cloth
covering will last many years.
Custom size to fit your frame. To
order, first choose fabric from

Now. When ordering, specify type of
frame, length and width, Fabric
type, color. Grommets placed at 24"
spacing on edges. Be sure and
leave an email. We will respond back

Shade Drops
These durable and inexpensive
drops are a great solution for
shade. A geared unit lets you
adjust the drop to any length.
These can also be used for an
inexpensive retractable, where
the drop can be secured on the
bottom edge to a wall or posts.
Can be made in shadecloth or
solids.
